The challenge

Diagnostic lab groups run on a brittle chain of manual steps: register a patient, collect a sample, run it on an analyzer, transcribe the result, verify it, and deliver a report. Across multiple branches and analyzers from different vendors, transcription errors creep in and turnaround slows to a crawl.

The group we built SehatSync for had six branches, three analyzer brands, and a compliance regime (PHC) that demanded a verifiable audit trail end to end.

Our approach

We modeled branches as first-class entities — shared catalogs and pricing, per-branch inventory and staffing, group-level reporting that rolls everything up. Then we eliminated the riskiest step entirely:

• Analyzers integrate over standard lab protocols, so completed runs flow straight into the matching order.
• Out-of-range values are flagged for mandatory human verification before anything reaches a patient.
• Every state change is logged for the compliance audit trail.

The result

Verified reports are generated and delivered over WhatsApp — the channel patients actually check — in under thirty seconds. Manual result entry dropped to zero, turnaround tightened, and the whole group now runs on a single source of truth.

It’s the same engineering discipline we bring to client builds: model the domain properly, delete the error-prone steps, and make the system auditable from day one.
